Everything was excellent! From initial contact for scheduling, turning in day process for Chevy, the reporting of all phases of repair, coordination of rental, end of repair, and the cleanliness of Chevy upon completion. Spanaway showed me their carefulness of my Chevy and their professional from beginning to release of Chevy was excellent. This is the 2nd time they work on my vehicle through USAA.
