To be honest I was pretty surprised seeing my car was detailed for just body work. You guys do a lot better job detailing than other places who only offer that. Maybe open up a a line of service for just that if you haven’t already. Lol Only critique I have is that I was not pleased hearing you were waiting parts that ultimately extended the repair. Idk if all people are like this but I would be willing to pay half up front or the cost of the parts (with ur mark up), or even the restocking fee plus ur mark up to make sure it’s all there and ready to go. I know there is some exposure if you bought them before I drop the car off cause people would just cancel. But maybe it’s a way to avoid restocking fees for returning parts if someone flakes on you. But then you still get some monies out of it. Anyways thank you again for the repairs and detailing. Looks great.
