Overall, things went well and I appreciate the work done. My only frustration was receiving the call that my car was ready about 1 hour before closing on a holiday weekend, but not being able to make an exception for pickup when I said I could arrive by 7pm. I completely understand wanting to close on time, especially before a holiday weekend. I think what confused me was being told Tuesday that staying a little later on a regular day would have been possible, but it wasn’t an option for the holiday weekend. I work with clients daily myself, so I understand policies and boundaries, but from a customer perspective I’d recommend giving a little more notice before closing on a holiday weekend if possible.

This is the second vehicle that I have taken here and I have been very impressed with the quality of work. Everyone at the shop are very friendly and I was kept up to date with the progress on my car as they were repairing it. Anytime I need repair to my vehicles again I will be bringing it to this shop.
