Had a couple issues when I picked it up. Now being told the rack and pinion is out and steering can’t be aligned. Wasn’t like that before the accident.

Jaxx and Robbie was so amazing! My estimated date for my car to be done was on 04/16 but I get a call from them on 4/09 saying it’s ready for pick up. They made this process so easy! I woke up EVERYDAY with a text waiting to be read with any and ALL updates on my vehicle. I didn’t have to worry about what was going on or if my car was in good hands. Upon pick up, it was an easy switch between the rental and my car. I was given an update and a breakdown of what was done to my car. Thank you Spanaway Collision!! I’m so happy to have my baby (car lol) back looking as brand new as the day I first got it!!!

Loved it! After driving it off the lot I went to pick up my husband, visited family and went to work, and everyone forgot that my car was hit. They couldn't tell because they did such an immaculate job. Was also given a life time warranty on my door at the time of pick up.

I wouldn't give this place anything less than 100. Jaxx and Robbie are the two that worked with me during the process. They kept me updated in every step of the way. I didn't have to reach out at all on my end to find out what was going on or an estimated turn around time, or what was the next phase repair my car would go through etc. They stayed in contact and made sure I knew everything, I didn't have time to wonder! Most importantly they took care of my car!

Working with jaxx was great he was very clear and communicated every step of the way. I'd recommend the shop to friends based on my interactions with him alone. A few things I was not okay with getting my vehicle back and it reeked like stale cigarettes. Terribly. And completely on E in the gas tank.
