I have used Spanaway Collision twice in the past 12 months. They have great customer service and strive to do the best work they can. The staff will keep you up to speed with the progress of your vehicle and stand by their work. If you are not satisfied they will make it right. We have had to deal with another collision shop in the past, and it was not a good experience, unfortunately. Spanaway Collision, on the other hand, is a small shop, but their awesome customer service, in my opinion, makes them one of the best collision shops to go to. Mr. Jaxx Foote and team delivered on their estimated completion date and time, and we were able to get our vehicle back on time as promised. We regularly received updates on the progress of the repair throughout the duration of our vehicle being in their shop which is very important for me. They were also very helpful in helping us to return the car rental into their shop and calling the car rental office to inform them that we have returned the vehicle in to their shop at the time of return. When all was said and done, our vehicle looked good and the lift gate was functioning like it should. Collision shops are places you hope to never see in your lifetime, but would I recommend Spanaway Collision to family and friends? Absolutely!!!

Jaxx was who I worked with majority of the time, and he was outstanding! From the start, timing was a little crazy for me but his kind reminders and gestures were exactly what I needed to keep on track. He even offered to stay later past hours, so I could get what I needed done. With my crazy work hours and commute daily, I really appreciated that. Throughout the whole process I was informed of all updates, which was nice not having to wait around and guess. And going to pick up my vehicle I was blown away! My car was a mess prior to drop off. Due to me holding out until it was finished.. my car was cleaned from the inside out! So very grateful and would highly recommend to family and friends

Someone called us saying IOU part was in. Went down to the shop only to find out it was the wrong one and tried to give us the damaged one from the accident. Had gotten a call the day before from Jaxs and said it would not be in until at least Friday. The person did not read notes from Jaxs. My husband made a special trip to find out it wasn't the right spare and tried to give us the damaged one. Not happy with that.

Got a call from Jsxs saying part would not be in until Friday. Cool with that. Then we get a call the next day sayong the part is in. My husband makes a special trip to get the new spare tire only for it to be the wrong one and then the tech tried to give us back the damaged one from the accident. Not cool making us come down for no reason.
