The process was fairly straightforward, but the staff made it significantly easier to both understand and to follow the somewhat tedious task of arranging to get it picked up. They answered all of my questions in great detail especially those necessary for me to follow what repairs were being made, which in turn helped me to explain the situation to other people better. This interaction alone is why I would recommend this office to others should they be in my position.
