Excellent, friendly service from Justin & the staff at Sparkle. I had to reschedule, they accommodated me in a not too distant rescheduled appointment. The estimated pick up for my vehicle was on a Friday… they had it completed and ready by Wednesday. They returned my car with the interior cleaner than the condition I dropped it off. Extremely grateful and appreciative of that!

The Sparkle people are great, but they got to figure out how to deal with getting bad parts and letting the distributor or transportation get away with it.

Unfortunately it took almost a month for us to get our car back, originally was told something like 4-5 days. This was due to damaged parts that kept being sent to Sparkle. We feel something more could have been done to help offset the 2 weeks that we had to rent a car. I am told the parts people “don’t care” and obviously the transportation between the parts place and Sparkle is, my guess pretty terrible as well, but no on holds them accountable. So I guess those issues become the customers problem. With that being said, it looks like Sparkle did a nice job overall with the car.

Don and his staff were wonderful. We all worked together to get my car back to what she was. Everything went smooth including phone calls from Don to see how we were holding up. Don and the team at sparkle autobody were awesome. Exceeded my expectations at every turn.
