Their work is good but take long time for small work too. If someone has insurance they will double charge. They wanna make car sit in their garage for long time so that they can get good money. When I dropped my vehicle they it will take 5 working days . Then later they given my vehicle after 12 working days. They charge 100 $ for garage parking per day. After dropping the vehicle they never given any update. Every time I have to call them for update. But still work is good

1) final repair was 14.5 (business) days, had a rental for 5 days that ended on a Saturday. Final bill to insurance ~9600. If rentals are too expensive, should your prices be raised? 2) my car was quoted to be done EOD Tuesday, wasn't ready until Friday morning. Each delay was reasonable and out of your control, but as a car owner it SUCKED. Some sort of gesture more than "sorry, hopefully tomorrow" would've meant a lot, even like a $25 cab voucher would've been a game changer.
