A survey this soon is really a bit too early. How do I know if work is fully satisfactory? Sparkle is always a pleasant well organized and friendly enough place. The down sides to this experience were the lengthy wait to get the vehicle in and then, once in, it was late getting completed from when promised. Not a huge deal but an aggravation when living short a vehicle. Once I called and made aware of delay, updates and info were regular and job actually was completed before the delayed expected date. Stuff happens. Car’s done and seems to be good. I do wish, just once, I could get a front end/wheel alignment and the steering wheel could be straight. Such is life. I need a body shop again, I’ll be back. As good as/better than anybody around in my opinion.

The only issue I have is something is smeared inside and outside of all windows and I cannot get it off. I have tried windex which made it worse. Dawn soap and water still cloudy and smeared. I will try vinegar next. I can’t see out the windows to drive in sun or at night.
