I’m going to give this a 6 because of the response I got about how dirty my car was. I wasn’t taking my car to a car show to be judged based on its appearance. I brought the car to get fixed!

First and for most, I actually choose this place due to the high ratings and customer reviews. However, my experience was not how I imagined it to be. My first time coming in for an estimate was truly an awful experience. I walked in instead of smiles I got blink stares as if I walked into the wrong place. I could had just walked out and take my business somewhere else but I decided to give it a go. The second time was dropping my car off which went fairly well. Fast and quick and the lady knew me. The third time I had to go was to pick up my car...I noticed a ding on the door that they were fixing and I mentioned to a worker and instead of just talking about the ding and checking to see if it was noticeable on the photos... he went on to tell me how dirty my car was at the start and noted that what I have before (dirt and scratch marks) was a lot worst then what they have done for me....as if I should forgive them even if they were or not responsible for the ding on the car. I just couldn’t say a word after that. I felt truly embarrassed that I even mentioned anything. I won’t be going back nor recommend anyone to that place!
