Good, friendly communication and the workmanship is great. Convenient location for me. I had asked for an extra ding to be removed separately from the insurance claim that they forgot. I think they missed an opportunity to give me an estimate for fixing a few little scratches, etc., (outside the claim) to bring the car back to like-new condition (It's less than 2 years old). I probably would have sprung for it.
