FAST! Friendly. Knowledgeable. Helpful above and beyond their "job" with my insurance issues. No sign of the "scrape" someone left on my bumper. And my car was much cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Did I mention FAST!?

I think you spray the inside of my car with some sort of disinfectant. it smells terrible and gave me a headache for several days and left a residue that came off very tacky feeling.

I gave an 8 cause a 10 is perfect and there is no such thing! These guys did a good job, I had a couple ocd issues, cause I’m picky. They got right on it while I waited! Great customer service. Will definitely bring my vehicles here every time, we’ll hopefully not too often🙂

Special Interest has wonderful customer service skills: they contacted the rental car company for me; they said I could just drop off the rental car at their place and they would call the rental car company for me. They were very friendly and when they completed the work it looked brand new in the spot where there had been damaged. They also gave me a small bottle of paint to cover up a different spot where the paint had peeled.

They offer free coffee and the waiting area is large, very clean, and has comfortable seating. (See the previous answer about how they called the rental car company for me and gave me a little bottle of paint for a different area where the paint had been peeling)
