I really appreciated the openness of the shop and the repair work is very professional. I was allowed to visit the shop and see the progress along the entire way, and he staffs are very friendly and professional as well. As far as the repair of the damage go, I would rate it a 10/10, however there were some accidental nicks and scrapes(probably from a loose tool) on one of my trim bezels on the interior. The shop had already owned up to it and is helping me with replacing the damaged trim. Which is awesome. However, my biggest disappointment right now is the marks left on my paint. I was unable to tell when I picked my brz up because it was wet and raining heavily, but when I got home and waited for the car to dry, I discovered a significant amount of swirl marks and the top of my trunk is scuffed up along with the bottom edge chipped to bare metal. The swirl marks are probably from the wash and drying, and at this point I wish they didn't was it at all and left the cleaning and detailing to myself... the trunk I have no idea how it would have happened aside from how it was stored when it was taken off. Over all my experience was a 10/10 until I discovered the marks left on my paint and the chip on my interior trim panel. I hope the shop could work something out with me to get the issues fixed. I still would recommend the shop at this point though. Thanks for all your hard work and hospitality.

The right headlight appears to be out of alignment but is brighter than the left headlight. The hood looked good when I picked it up in the daylight but in my garage, it looks like there are spray patterns that run front to back on the hood. I like the speed of the service but think it could have been done better.
