When I got home I noticed three problems. A scratch on the tail light a scratch on the paint below the tail light and the corner of the inside of the bumper is all chewed up. I will be calling in the morning if they don't call me first.

The work done on my car was very poor quality. The door was replaced and, according to the work order, repainted. The inside of the door frame was left completely scratched up and the outer door moldings were also scratched and chipped. It looked like the door was replaced with a used door of the same color. Also, one of the inner door panels was replaced but not secured very well. It can be easily wiggled back and forth. There is also now a half inch gap at the top of my bumper. It's only noticeable when you open the trunk. Why was the bumper removed? I can't fathom a reason why anything in the rear of the car would have needed to be touched when the only work done was on the front door. Overall, this work was completely unsatisfactory. I didn't pay for it, though, and the rest of the car is in equally as bad of shape, so I didn't complain. Fixing the issues would be like putting lipstick on a pig. If this work had been done on my nice car, I would have been furious, both for the shoddy workmanship and for the time I would have to waste correcting the problems. I anticipate puting an honest review of my experience on Yelp and Google to help others make informed decisions.
