It would have been nice if someone had gone out with me to look at my car and the repairs to see if I was satisfied, but instead I was handed my keys and that was it. Had to stand in the flower beds to see the repair in the rain. up to the point of picking up my car you guys were all over me with customer service.

You do beautiful work. Your detailing of the car was a nice surprise. It's beautiful. The process was very smooth, from meeting with the Geico agent, getting the rental car, to receiving text updates on the progress of the body work and the pick up of my car. I love the text updates by the way. It's a great way to communicate with customers and provides a level of customer service that is above other providers. Thank you!

I want to first say Wow! what a great group of people from the first step into the door I was greeted and felt comfortable. It felt like I was at a family run business. But most important was there guarantee that the work will get done ASAP and done right, with the guarantee that if anything goes wrong with the workmanship it would be backed up. even though the guarantee is important it was the people who had me from the start. Your very fortunate to have them. On a scale of one to ten they are a 10! Thank them please for there service!
