I was an ICU and Neuro OR nurse for 30 years. I had uncompromising performance standards for myself and I have the same expectation of others. Special Interest Auto was truly impressive! Without exception, the staff was bright, courteous, upbeat, and pleasant. Not "pasted-on" training seminar smiles but old fashioned, genuine friendliness. The processing work-flow was smooth, efficient, and confident seamlessly integrating with Geico and Enterprise. All of which reinforced the overall impression of professional expertise and competence. It came as no surprise when the repair was flawless and completed earlier than stated.
