Fernando was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL throughout this entire process. My car had two separate claims and Fernando communicated with the insurance company and rental car company along every step of the way. He also was so knowledgeable about the work that was being done to my car and shared detailed updates with me every time I called. When I went to pick up the car, he told me everything that was fixed without looking at his notes--he truly knows his stuff!! I am deeply thankful for Fernando and all of the work done at Speed's to make an otherwise frustrating process very easy!!
