Got it back paint chipped, steering wheel cover missing, and engine light on and now they say it’s not accident related but my my car just came from a dealership where they fixed the engine and did diagnostic and my engine light was not on before accident

I was quoted 2 weeks for repairs and it ended up taking 6. I had to call the body shop many times to get updates on my vehicle. Often times I would leave voice-mail and no one would respond. The car looks fine but the customer service was very poor.

I referred your facility to my niece for her repairs. She was disappointed in the inconsistent information she received. I think the work on the vehicles is good just need improvement on updates and responses for call backs.

They do such a great job. The only thing that would be nice was if they just kept me updated or given a timeframe on how long it would take to get the work done. Everything else was great. I love their customer service
