Rating was a 9 when I left but I noticed a Chevy emblem in the cup holder but didn't see that I had one missing at the time. It came off the front of my car. Given that all the damage was in the back, I don't understand why the emblem in the front came off but I am more disgusted that none of the staff either fixed it or told me.
