Transparency between what I was told for a timeline to finish and what actually happened was not good. It took way longer to complete the work and the knowledge on repairs was not there initially. I chose Spring Hill because they are a local business but probably would not use them again.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this body shop. While my vehicle was eventually repaired, the overall process and attention to detail fell well below my expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of honest communication. Robin told me my vehicle had been put back together and “looked beautiful.” Based on that update, I drove by the shop only to find that my car had not been reassembled and had not even been painted yet. Receiving inaccurate information like that made it difficult to trust the updates I was being given. When I picked up my vehicle, I found paint on the headrest and paint residue on the back seat, even though the repairs were to the front end. The interior should have been protected during the repair process and returned clean. To make matters worse, the Kia emblem on the hood was never reinstalled, which is something that should have been caught during the final inspection before the vehicle was returned to me. I understand that repairs can take time, but customers deserve honest communication, attention to detail, and a vehicle that is clean and fully reassembled when it’s returned. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this shop based on the way my repair was handled.

My completion date was pushed back multiple times, and I felt I was repeatedly given inaccurate updates about my vehicle's status. When I specifically asked if my vehicle had been painted and reassembled, I was told it had and that it "looked beautiful." After driving by the shop that weekend, I found my vehicle had not even been painted or put back together. Honest communication would have been appreciated. When I finally received my vehicle, it was returned dirty with paint on the headrest and interior, and there was debris left in the back seat—even though the repairs were to the front end. The Kia emblem on my hood was also missing and had not been reinstalled. To make matters worse, after getting my vehicle back, the steering began making a whining and humming noise that was not present before the repairs. This has raised concerns about whether everything was properly inspected and reassembled. I understand delays can happen, but customers deserve truthful updates, quality workmanship, and a vehicle that is clean, fully reassembled, and operating properly before pickup. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in all of those areas. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, greater attention to detail, and more thorough quality checks for future customers.
