The only reason for rating 8 was I did not receive a call on Friday the day my car was ready and the shop was closed that weekend. I was, therefore, unable to get my car until the next day they were open. Fridays are important days not to miss in making contact with customers.

This shop does great work! Jeff arranged an immediate tow, worked up an estimate overnight, ordered and tracked the many parts involved, scheduled the work during a busy holiday season, and--above all--COMMUNICATED status with us. Jeff (and Richard) provide a very rofessional customer interface. Five stars!!

Unfortunately for me, this was not my first experience with Springfield Autobody and both times I was extremely happy with the service I received. They have always been courteous and professional and willing to take the time to go over needed repairs in detail. I highly recommend them.

Because of circumstances outside the control of Springfield Auto Body, the repairs to the vehicle took an excessive amount of time. But, within those constraints, the shop did an excellent job.
