The repair itself looks good. Obviously I can’t see what was repaired on the inside. I was disappointed that the actual cost was about $1800 MORE than the estimate given.

I brought to their attention a small clip piece was missing off the rear frame near the back tire. I'm sure was caused when my SUV was struck which caused me to run over whatever came off that knocked this piece out the clip. I'm not satisfied that there wasn't a complete look over my vehicle. This piece was on before my SUV was struck. Ms. Whitehurst
