the shop put 2 sticky brown stains on my driver seat that they weren't going to tell me about until I pointed it out them. Then they tried to deny it was their fault!!

I had damage done by another driver (covered by insurance) and asked for an estimate to repair some old damage (out-of-pocket). When I got the estimate via voicemail and email, I responded to the email accepting the estimate and approving the additional work. When I came to pick up my car 2.5 weeks later, the out-of-pocket work had not been done. Keith said he never got my email (which I sent to him the same day he sent the estimate). This was very frustrating. I would expect him to follow up if he didn’t get a reply from me.
