Sterling replaced my stolen airbag in impressive fashion. Antonio and his team gave me “white glove” service from start to finish not only with advice on future preventative measures but his team also inspected my entire vehicle and buffed a couple of minor bumper scratches. And Maria, the office assistant was so nice and caring in initially setting up my appointment. Great customer satisfaction here!!!!

This was my best auto repair experience ever! Antonio the shop foreman was superb. He walked me through the entire process of having my airbag restored, and gave me excellent preventative tips. His auto body team buffed a couple of body scratches and Maria the Office Assistant was so nice in setting up my appointment. Great team! Great service!

Thank you so much Sterling Body Shop LLC for fixing my car. Everything was dealt with in such a professional manner! I was nervous at first for many reasons. The car has a newer paint type called metallic silver, it is just two years old and this was my first autobody fix in 40 years of driving! My fears were put to rest right away! I was told exactly what Sterling would do and what to expect. I felt I was leaving my car in the hands of an expert, someone who knew what they were doing. I was given my instructions and just followed them as best I could - like making sure the car was washed prior to dropping it off. The rest was a breeze! There was no delay! There was no feeling I had to call in to find out what was going on. They kept me and my insurance company informed. I was allowed to check the operation of the car both before and after, so there would be no surprise, and sure enough there was none. Even the car rental arrangement was so well taken care of. Thank you so much Sterling Body Shop LLC for making this such a pleasant experience! I have already referred you to a colleague and will keep referring you to others.

I appreciate Maria and Antonio were very kind to wait for me to drop off the car. Antonio followed up the next day to explain the cost and the time line for the body work repairs. They texted me to update me on the car being on time as well as phone calls. I would recommend their body shop as they were thorough and detailed with the work completed on my Prius. The outer surface looks great and it’s running smoothly so far.
