I had an excellent experience with Sterling Auto after a collision damaged my front bumper. They were not initially on my insurance’s preferred list of body shops, but my BMW dealership highly recommended them, so I decided to give them a call anyway. After speaking with Antonio, I was immediately convinced. He is the epitome of professionalism and clearly very knowledgeable. I called my insurance company (Erie Insurance) and insisted that the repairs be done by Sterling, even though they weren’t on the preferred list. They agreed, and I am extremely glad I went that route. From start to finish, the process was smooth. Antonio gave me a tour of the facility when I dropped off the car and walked me through exactly how everything would work. He communicated regularly, kept me updated throughout the repair, and made sure genuine BMW parts were used. He even helped coordinate the rental process with Enterprise, which made things much easier. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Sterling Auto to anyone looking for professional, high-quality body work.

Sterling Body Shop always provides great service by understanding their customers, being professionally transparent about their process, and making sure to answer any questions their customers have.
