My car hasn’t looked this good in quite a while. Repairs and paint look excellent. Communication was also excellent. I got updates every couple of days, more often if anything changed. Your relationship with Allstate and Enterprise took a lot of hassle out of claims and rentals. Great job by everyone!

Sterling Collision was fantastic with my vehicle repairs! Only issue was apparently they did not annotate my account with the rental drop off when I got my vehicle back and as a result Hertz was not informed of the rental drop off to retrieve the vehicle and close out my account- causing an extension charge. Once I got the notification of the charge, I called Hertz to clarify the situation. Want something done right? Still gotta do it yourself.

The wrong headlights arrived, cause a delay in completing the repairs.. my insurance company per policy orders it’s Toyota parts to be sent in from out of state rather than order the parts from Toyota dealership across town and save unnecessary wasting time.. but the body shop can’t escape responsibility for it had the parts for sevsral weeks before the repair

The repairs made on my Honda Ridgeline were perfect and although I was dealing with time constraints everyone in the office and repair shop went out of their way to insure that I would have my truck on time when I needed it and in addition cleaned and detailed it beautifully. I am grateful to all….They took the “sting” out of my accident!
