Norma is AWESOME! She kept in touch with me the entire process! She was detailed with her updates and was kind in her demeanor. Norma went above and beyond with her communication. As for the work on my vehicle, the work was very thorough and there is no indication that my vehicle was ever even in a collision. It looked like a brand new car off the lot. They also detailed my car inside and out. THANK YOU!

Sterling collision was absolutely amazing the body work excellent and the Paint work was absolutely outstanding the paint blends and the color was a perfect match and my vehicle looked like it never happened and a Big Thank You to Norma she was absolutely amazing and went well Beyond what she had to do for us especially with a death in the family and taking care of our Jeep Compass when it got totaled just a week and a half after they received our Nissan for vandalism and repairs Thank You Norma so very much I am deeply appreciative for all you done and seeing that our vehicle past the Virginia state inspection and taking care of the airbag light y’all are the Greatest I will be sending everyone I know your way if they happen to need a very dependable and excellent body shop thank you again Norma Kay🙏Your the Best

You all, especially Norma, are great. And actually, so are the people who make the repairs...the car looks great. Also thank you for reaching out to let me know when/where/how the repairs would happen, explaining everything during the process, and keeping me posted about progress. I especially appreciated your flexibility in rescheduling when working with the insurance company on getting a SUV rental. The staff, from the receptionist Norma to the technicians, were all beyond exceptional! They went above and beyond to meet my needs and I was beyond happy with the job they did on my car! I will be going back to them shortly to get a mirror fixed as well because they have fully earned my trust!!

Great team of people that are knowledgeable in their profession. Great in the office, great in the shop!! Very friendly and personable crew. They have fixed my crushed bumper and trunk twice and each time I have not been disappointed. I would highly recommend Sterling Collision in Winchester VA!!

We have had several dents and dings fixed on a couple different cars at Sterling Collision. We have always been happy with the work. This time was even better. Norma (I think that was her name) went out of her way to figure out how to get the work done quickly and efficiently (this is the car I use to take mom to the Dr). And the car was completed perfectly, cleaned inside and out, and cost less than the original estimate. We are very happy customers. Would always recommend sterling collision.
