My Experience - 5.0/5.0 -
I appreciate the way JJ coordinated everything between State Farm, and Enterprise rental car. I’m very pleased with the repair and glad that it was completed a bit ahead of schedule.

I so appreciated JJ handling the interface between State Farm and Enterprise Rental car, so I didn’t have to keep trying to get through to them.

Every thing went well. Scheduling, E-mail information and call on my cell. Lady at the office knew we were coming and had the paperwork all ready. Steve's has filled the Hornis reputation!

Sorry, easily the worst experience with Auto Body Repair I've ever had.
Repair Quality - 1.5/5.0 -
I was going to let this go, but you keep insisting upon feedback, so.....I can't speak that much of the quality of the repair, (seems to be OK), more of the quality of the service. I understand the complications of time that come with waiting for parts, or needing to replace a key component like the painter, and how that backs things up. What became unacceptable was once I had waited for a part to come in for about a month, I seemingly got pushed to the back of the line again, as I had to make a new appt. for a week later, and after dropping off, still couldn't get started on it for a few days later. After getting a replacement painter, time estimates were still badly underestimated, as I was told it "should" be ready by Friday, then maybe next Tuesday or Wednesday; when I called on Thursday, I was told it "should" be ready Friday. Meanwhile, my rental coverage was running out; shouldn't I expect a more accurate time estimate, all things considered? Again, considering the situation with the painter, my heart goes out to his friends and family, I did not want to be a complainer, it's more about none of the time estimates given being accurate. And when I had to wait for parts two different times, I would expect to get some impression that since I have been waiting so long already, I would get some form of priority treatment when it comes to "waiting in line", considering it was 8 weeks total. I can't say for sure that all of the vehicles that were in line in front of me once my parts came in were in line to get repaired previous to when I originally brought mine in, but I suspect that many were not. Maybe there were other factors that I am not grasping, ultimately, I was ready to move past this, but since every company now insists upon harassing customers for their feeling post-transaction, now you have mine.

JJ was extremely easy to work with. He was great with communicating the progress of the truck and any concerns he had. We highly recommend!
