Everything was great. Only issue was an unreasonably short estimation for completion of work. It took 3 1/2 -4 weeks. Probably ok but was promised in 2 so wife got uptight that it was delayed three times. Not a big deal.

Everyone at this shop handled my insurance claim with very high level professionalism. I really feel they did everything they could to help me get my truck back on the road in perfect working condition. It's hit or miss at this point; I've used you 2 times and each time I encountered difficulties. I thought with new staff; my experience would be different; unfortunately, pretty much the same.

It was a grueling 24 days of not knowing what's going on with my repair work; however, once Eric came on the scene, things got better. Mark tried really hard to make it happen; I unfortunately felt that he was over his head. There were some things said that I interpreted as he was in over his head? None the less; the repair quality was good.
