Suburban Autoworks was very easy to work with from the point of setting up an appointment to picking up my car. The repairs appear flawless. Only opportunity for improvement was communication on when the car would be ready. The car was ready 5 days early and only had 1 hr from the call to the point I had to get to the shop for pick-up.

When I picked up the car, the technician was showing me the repairs when he notice a dark smudge on my driver's side door. I told him that the smudge was there before the accident, but he hurried inside, brought out a rag and some buffing compound, and totally removed the smudge. Made my day!
