Poor communication. I understand the collision shop was slammed with work when I dropped it off. It was anywhere from 6-8 weeks but 11 weeks is excessive!! I called approx. early April and left a message that was not returned. I went into the shop to get the information I requested, and I was told I would be contacted at the end of the 3rd week of May but heard nothing. I had to call. I was then told my car would be ready late May 25 or early May 26. No call. I called late May 26 and was told someone was picking up a bracket. I heard nothing until June 1 that my car was ready.

My car took more than two months to fix they should’ve told us not to drop off unless all parts are in . It’s winter time someone atleast start the car from time to time, of course they don’t care. After I got the car I brought it for repair for a thermostat replacement because it was outside the lot for two months without anyone starting it. It was very disappointing paying another unnecessary repair.

They do great work and would recommend if you have a Chevrolet to take it there. Like many other businesses today they may be short handed or not enough employees to complete a repair on time.
