Communications were uneven. They first said it would be ready on Wed, it took until Thursday. At one point they made a mistake and said it would take 8 more days. They fixed that mistake within a half hour via voicemail. They later said that Liberty did not waive the deductible even though I had written notice otherwise. They ultimately didn't make me pay the deductible.
