Joe provided transparency about the process and made me feel comfortable with the safety of the car. His team also ensured that I was set up at Enterprise Rental Car which was hugley helpful. I received updates on the progress of the car repair and the car was returned to me cleaner than it originally was! Joe's team even helped me with the stubborn car seats.
