We were extremely impressed by the professionalism provided by Jason Loup.. He identified areas that were damaged that were not visible to either myself or the insurance agent at first glance, but were noticeable once identified by Jason. His attention to detail is impeccable. The work performed Sudbay Automobile Group is simply amazing. You cannot tell my truck was ever in an accident. I would not even think about going any place else for work to be performed on my vehicles.

The collision work was excellent! One comment I have is that I was promised the car would be ready on Friday...It was not ready till Tuesday......If you cannot deliver as promised....make the phone call to the customer so they do NOT have to call and end up with voice mail and no return call.
