The work was very good. The communication between the collision department, service department and the customer was lacking.

The repairs were very good. They forgot to replace a missing plastic runner, so we had to bring it back. It took a very long time, and the completion date moved week to week. They also added a bunch of engine parts that were not in the original quote.

I only fault their not notifying me when they needed to replace one tire. It is unsafe to have one new and 3 old ones with 30000 miles. I would have paid for the additional 3 required. Communication!

They took well over 1 month to complete repairs, AAA was equally at fault than repair shop. The difference was that Sun Ford tried to help but AAA was awful. I spoke to claims manager at AAA and was very rude.

I had a rear bumper replaced including some paint and body work. They did a good detail job inside and out. Now my problem. They reused the locking access to insert a tool to lower the spare tire from under the vehicle. It did not look like it should have. I tried to operate it and it just fell out of the bumper. It is either broken or was not mounted correctly.
