Christa is such a sweet woman to deal with she’s very professional and if I ever need to have work done again I would absolutely bring my car back here again and work with Christa. I would also recommend you guys to anybody that needs autobody work done we are very happy with the results . The repair was decent but the overall care of the vehicle was sub par, I was under the assumption that the entire car would be detailed and tires would be cleaned at least, tires had the same dirt on them that they had when I dropped car, interior was vacuumed but not thoroughly cleaned (especially the back of car) right side didn't look to be buffed, I was just expecting a full detail like I have received at other auto body shops that I have been to previously but the also the side view mirror controller was not properly re-installed ( I had to put it back myself), the actual work was decent but the details and accommodations were sub- par

Our daughter recently hit a deer with her 2024 Toyota RAV4 and we brought it to SUPERIOR AUTO & COLLISION. We can't say enough good things about the service we received. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with exceptional care and professionalism. Frankie and Erica and all the staff were especially outstanding with going above and beyond to ensure that our experience was smooth and hassle-free. Not only did they take excellent care of our vehicle, but they also made the entire process easy to understand. They thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about the repairs and made sure we were comfortable with each step. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service really stood out. They even scheduled Enterprise rental to have a vehicle waiting for us when we dropped off our vehicle for repairs. Additionally, after we picked up the vehicle when it was finished, Frankie was very helpful and understanding with our concerns about a few things including a whistle noise coming from the new replacement door mirror they installed. He made sure it was replaced with original Toyota part and that corrected the issue. It's the small gestures like this that truly make a difference, and made us feel genuinely valued as a customer.
