After this experience I would not choose this shop again or recommend anyone else go to them, unless they can confirm the mechanics doing the work are doing it correctly.

I have had multiple issues since picking up my car. I would like to start by saying I have used this repair shop in the past and had great experiences, which is why I chose to come back. About a week after I picked up my car, a bunch of warning lights came on, including the check engine light. I brought it back to them and they ran the diagnostic code, and said it had nothing to do with the work they did and to call Subaru. A quick google search of the code says that the code could be triggered by improperly completing front bumper work. The hood was not aligned properly, and there was a panel inside the driver side door that was disconnected with wires hanging out. I also experienced a leak in my windshield, which they insist had nothing to do with them but it was not leaking before I brought it in. Now just as I was driving home, a piece just flew out from under the hood, so I need to call them again tomorrow.

They ran the diagnostic code, and I believe they fixed whatever was wrong even though they claimed it wasn’t from them, but now I need to bring it back again. I would say this is not an issue with the customer facing team, they were all friendly, but it’s an issue with the mechanics doing a bad job.

My 4 runner looked brand new! You would never know the front was messed up. And I was so happy to see how nice even the interior looked. I would recommend Superior to anyone!

I always get nervous dealing with car repair. As soon as I got into accident I knew I wanted superior to do it. I have used them in past, they are in network and honestly not as costly as other places. They make an inconvenience, convenient. They gave me the expected complete date and I knew my car would be finished before then (it always is). I pray God continues to bless the hands of the technicians.

Enterprise RAC was there when we dropped our vehicle off so we were able to get right into the rental vehicle and they picked up our rental from Superior when the repairs to our vehicle were complete.
