My only suggestion would be to send updates along the repair. When it came to the end of my repair and estimated pickup date it was difficult to get a commitment when I could pick up the car. From drop off to completion there weren’t any updates.

Superior Collision did a very good job on fixing my car. No complaints for there. However my car trade-in to the dealership went down in value due to the accident. I wrote to Jourdan Oliver and explained all this and sent her the old and new deal price. My 2026 car was purchased on 01/02/2026, two weeks before I was hit on 01/16/2026 with my 2023. My car payment went up. I feel that being it went up the guy who hit me, his insurance should be responsible for the difference of my new payment. My new payment is now $432.00 a month from what I was quoted before the accident which was $401.00 a month. Thank you.

5 because the vehicle when picked up was not fully ready. They even had to clear a check engine light. Vehicle wasn't dropped off with check engine light. By the i got home the check engine light was on again.

Vehicle took forever to get repaired and it was delivered to us with a cracked front grill pending to get replaced. Replace a front bumper, right headlight, small repair on the fender and paint should never take a month. Its a Subaru parts are available
