The car was delivered to me with a whyole piece of moulding installed and not attached properly. I’m disappointed that I was not told about that. I had to find and go back into the office to show the woman the huge gap. The moulding I was then was an aftermarket piece and the correct piece would be ordered. Since I have been driving the moulding has popped off and is bent and hanging on. I’ve brought cars here 3-4 times and never had any issues. When I bring it back to have correct moulding put on I want a different mechanic too look over work done. Kevin 914-203-4181

When I picked up car molding over wheel well was attached with a big gap. You could see all the connectors. I was v ry disappointed that Superior tried to deliver the car to me in that condition. I have had work done here 3 or 4 times and never had any problems. I am now wondering if there are other issues I can’t see. I showed it to woman in office and was told an aftermarket piece was ordered and did not fit properly. A new own piece would be ordered. The moulding is now bent and hanging off car.

my radio no longer works after they replaced the rear bumper.

My car got hit bad on the left driver’s and passenger doors and side mirror . After the repairs, my car looked and smelled like new again and immaculate inside and out . Superior collision listened and did a spectacular job !
