I had a good experience with this shop. Quality of the work is excellent. Front of house communication is strong. There were some delays in shipping needed parts, but I don’t blame the shop for snow storms and supply chain stuff. I’d definitely go back, but I hope I won’t have to.

It took over 2 and a half months to repair my Rivian after delivery dates missed at last minute. Even a trip from Florida to pick it up only to find it was not ready. I would encourage anyone to go elsewhere.

i’ll be relaying this feedback to the shop as well, but nobody picked up when i called today. communications on timing and delays were unsatisfactory and my car was returned unfinished. multiple systems inside the car weren’t hooked back up, trim around the repaired part of the car isn’t correctly installed, and the interior of my car’s front trunk was forgotten completely. I’m frustrated to even have to bring the car back to remedy these problems, as i wouldn’t ever use this shop again.
