Over a month to repair due to wrong bumper sent. Customer service communication is poor. Truck still needs something done, nothing your company but this. You're representing yourself very poorly, in a service-oriented business!

Never once did I receive a call on progress. Was promised calls multiple times and nothing. No one answers the phones. Finally drove in to get updates. When I spoke to different individuals I would get different reasons for delay

Worst customer service, waited over 2 months for my car. Had to buy a battery after it was done because they let my car sit for so long that it went dead. Every time I got into contact with them, it was only due to my initiative. Even when the car was complete - I didn’t hear from them and instead had to give them a call. I had 5 or 6 different estimated end dates and on the week it was officially supposed to be done - they broke a part that Monday and so I had to wait 3 more days to get it back. Only giving points because my car looks good - but the lack of service is NOT worth it and I tell everyone I know not to go to Superior.

I am satisfied with the work as far as I can tell. I am satisfied with Luke who helped me. I was disappointed in the amount of time it took but I know getting parts was a problem
