New circular scratch on hood that wasn’t there before (documented prior to turning over to SE Collision, and front license plate not reinstalled and actually removed and taken away from vehicle. When I called to inquire, they said they’d call me back to let me know when they had found it, and it’s been four days. All other work is impressive and I’m satisfied.

Car was clean, repairs done, but electric mirrors not working. Another 2 hours to address mirrors, but stated a new mirrow would be required due to the correct harness needed. Steve was to contact insurance company, but have not heard back the results - 2 weeks have passed.
