They missed repairing my rear light which was damaged by accident

Damage not completely fixed or discovered. Day after I picked up my car, I noticed rear brake light or hesdlamp falling from socket and out of place. Had never been an issue before the accident, I reported this to S & E auto and they tell me or omitted telling me about this. I think their technician may have caused this or failed to fix this. This was not a pre existing condition and was a result of accident. Their lack of communication, omitting this information is very unprofessional and suspect.

I would have appreciated better communication regarding back ordered parts delaying the repairs. I had to call in to get updates rather than the shop contacting me to keep me informed.

Every person we worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable about exactly what was going on with the car and for us to pick up at a certain time and explain also about the car rentals while all the work was going on and where to go to get the rental car‼️

It appears something pressed into the sheet metal. It is not noticeable to the casual observer; hence, I wouldn't ask it be checked out or repaired. Stephen was great and communicated with me regularly. The girl at the front desk was not as friendly. I always felt like I was putting her out and all I did was drop off the car and ick it up. She never smiled and barely spoke.
