We left the car with you. It was undrivable, warning lights were on, steering was loose, it stalled on pick up. You left my son with a dangerous situation. Communication was poor. I am registering my complaint with Geico this am

Thank you very much for taking care of my car during a very stressful time...everyone was so polite and accommodating...assuring me they would find my car when brought in, and call me with information...no hesitation about my insurance...you assisted me with obtaining a rental and all were careful to explain everything and answer questions.frequent updates were so thoughtful and appreciated..my car looks wonderful and drives well...when I picked it up everyone was so helpful .I couldn't have asked for better care of my car and me ..would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone...thank you, to each of you I had the pleasure to deal with.....including those at Enterprise ....

my repairs on the car is different colors. the trunk is uneven an still has a gap in it...tire was flat when I picked it up ..airbag light is still on and my windshield wiper was off
