Great experience. Karen was excellent and Suttle exceeded my expectations. For example, Suttle buffed out a smudge on the car not related to the accident repairs. I will certainly refer your company to others. I think the enterprise rental co-location was a great idea and very convenient. I also like the text updates, which kept me informed about the status of my car and helped me plan accordingly. Great job Suttle!
