I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that my car was there for collision repair and the mechanics/techs also detailed my car inside and out, washed the exterior, & even performed maintenance by giving me an oil change all in less than a week! The employees/techs were all so helpful, professional & friendly! I will be telling anyone and everyone that if they need a collision repair or other vehicle maintenance to go to Sykora Family Ford!! Sykora is the absolute best. You guys really are a different kind of car company. I would do a commercial for you if you asked. That is why I brought the Mustang all the way back to you to be fixed when it was backed into by my neighbor. Your service and communication is unmatched, I trust you guys. Great work on the Mustang. Doug was nice, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the loaner vehicle because I was not aware I didn’t have a rental policy on my insurance. My husband and I are pleased with the way the vehicle turned out.

They missed a small knick on there repair job , not enough To take back or complain , but enough to get a 4 star instead of a 5 .. I will use again , just didnât want to rent another car a second time
