I wish I could give more than a "10"! Robert and crew did an excellent job, explained my options, and actually found a cost savings measure that saved me $400-$500! When I picked up the car, it was cleaner (much!) than when I left it! Cannot say enough about how satisfied (thrilled) we are with Symmons!

From start to finish. The owner was personable, professional, proficient in his answers, and explained the process of what and how the process would work for the repair of my Lexus. I am totally pleased with the repair. At the end of the process, I was taken care by a service technician who took care of the arrangement of returning the Rental Car. This entire transaction was seamless. Thank you all -- a great experience.
