working for one of your best customers which is Lusardi I was disappointed by the professionalism of your organization. I noticed things that are wrong even a cosmetic ring with is missing on my vehicle. The rear bumper still isn't secured properly and I am so disappointed with the repairs.

Had some issues but at the end I was lied that that switched the front bumper with original Toyota bumper and it was not true. I would have been ok but I hate to be played. It was dark when I finally picked up my car and could not see. It made me real happy when I was told that they replaced bumper with the original as the one they replaced with was aftermarket and had lot of gapes in between the body and bumper. Next morning when I looked at it it was the same bumper what they replaced initially.

CS was absolutely wonderful as I brought my car and then folllow up was great until I picked up my car and had to bring it back and then it changed dramatically to completely opposite.
