I was very satisfied with the response I received from the staff at Tag Collision upon delivering my vehicle at the agreed appointment. There was no waiting from the time I walked in initially until the end of the vehicle damage inspection and assessment. The inspector, Wallace, was professional and thorough in explaining the damage and the process involved in repairing it. The cost factors were explained and confirmation received from my USAA insurance Co. The estimated time to finish the repairs was met which pleased me a great deal. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail that was obviously taken. I received updates during the repairs. Professionally done! I'M happy and life is back to normal.

I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication. At first it was good, but when I was initially told my car would be done in a week and a half and after that time plus a week I had not heard anything from Tag. Then when I tried to call and inquiry about my vehicle, the number did not work. I think some of this could have been handled better
