Communication was horrendous. We were told an after market bumper price and then when it came it we had to pay shipping because your company doesn’t offer Prime from Amazon? I have a prime account and could have ordered it and had it shipped to my home and saved the extra shipping of $200!! Also, when the car was brought in for from end damage and obvious signs of being compromised we had to argue and haggle to get an alignment and we were originally told the rim damage was due to my son hitting a curb. I feel we should have stayed with a 3rd party vendor and not your company which is contracted with State Farm!!!

I rarely give the views but Tag Collision was great to work with. Sabrina specifically was so knowledgeable and it made the whole process so easy. She even told us about a recall to look into. Thanks to her, and my daughter is getting her whole car repainted from the recall that expired in two weeks. Can’t recommend them enough!
